The Rise of The Gas Price
Each day I drive by the gas station, this particular gas station is located on 20th street and Thomas. This particular QT has some of the cheapest gas in Phoenix, so when the gas prices dropped from the mid $3.30 sent range you could bet that I was a frequent customer of this particular gas station. Now I do drive by regularly and every day since the beginning of February I have seen the gradual clime in the price of gas. EVERY DAY! What the hell, there isn't even a grace period of a day before the gas price jump a couple of cents.
This was what i was afraid of when gas prices dropped. I definitely don't think its a good thing for the economy and I don't think its a good thing for my wallet.
Ok that is it for my hate filled post, its Monday and I probably need coffee. So Until my next post drive to the gas station fill up as much as possible before the prices soar again!

The Hateful Joys Of Moving
I hate moving, it's one of the worse experience i have dealt with. 2 years ago I moved out of my apartment. I had so many different emotions and in conclusion I was completely sad about the move. I had so many feelings and emotions about leaving that place, it was one of the best times in my life. Now two years later I am moving again and this time around i am happy about the move. If you had the opportunity to read one of my last post (Frustrations With The Roommate) you know how I feel about my current situation.
Even with the joy of getting out of a situation where I see cat shit on the floor and hear weird sex acts from the roommates room. Moving Sucks, there is nothing fun about it. I don't want to have to pack up two years of living, I don't want to try and pack up my bed and move it up three flights of stares. Even before the moving, having to find a new place to live that also fits into my price rage but also fits into my high expectations of quality of living is nearly impossible. All the upfront cost to move into a new place are outrageous and I hate how the apartment management have now become car salesmen trying to force you into their place. Yes I guess I hate moving and my only option to prevent this is trying and buy a new place......But hookah is an expensive habit especially when the only reason I show up is due to a pretty girl.
I should stop complaining and start to pack up my room, it shouldn't take too long right? Well Until my next post enjoy the place you are living cause moving is just not fun.

A Case Of The Mondays
Just like the saying nothing good happens after 2am, nothing good happens on Monday!
How hasn't Monday become a bad word? No one likes Monday's they are never good, Especially during Football season. I don't even drink much during the weekends and I hate Monday with a passion. Nothing good happens on Monday's, usually your still tired from your weekend and when you show up to work its like everything is on fire and you have to work twice as hard to make sure management is happy.
I would like to meet that one person who loves Monday, and if by chance one of the three people that read this blog wants to admit to enjoying a Monday I would like to politely suggest you get professional help......Your Crazy and have a screw loose.
Now that I am down to two readers, lets all admit that Mondays Suck. To cure the case of the Mondays I suggest that all employer implement a half day policy. Wouldn't you rather have refreshed workers, someone that was able to gradually wake up and get ready at a pace that allows for high quality effort for the remainder of the day? Or would you like the grumpy, the irritated, and the lazy tired individuals you receive every day? Be the change, own it and help create a better work atmosphere we can all enjoy.
Until my next post, don't stop the good fight and keep posting those suggestions for change at the work place.

Driving Etiquette......Cause Your Not A Professional Driver
Yes, we have all dealt with this type of travel on our roads. Its not acceptable and its time that people realize that we have roadway etiquette which needs to be followed. So even though doing your makeup while driving is a wonderful way to save time, realize that you may cause an accident, or even worse show up to work still looking like a hot mess. No one appreciates that ugliness! Driving is all about choices, and a bad one is that one person karaoke performance you are putting on while you swerve into three different lanes. Lets smarten up driving isn't a joke, even if you believe your the second coming of Jeff Gordon.
So here is my list of Do's and Don'ts of the road
- Don't Tailgate, Its just not cool
- Don't try to do your hair, makeup, or change your clothing
- Don't decide that the turn lane isn't good enough for your car
- Do drive at the speed limit, its for your own good even though your more comfortable going 20mph under the designated speed.
- Always allow one car to merge in during rush hour traffic. Your not getting to your destination any faster by not allowing the car next to you merge.
- If there is construction or a bottle neck situation.......Don't be that Asshole who decide your oo good to follow the everyone else who are merging.
Until My Next Post Remember Fast and The Furious is a Movie and your definitely not Vin Diesel

The Hard World Of Dating
My friends keep giving the suggestion to try dating websites, which I had refused for the longest time. I've given up on that fight and took my their advice, lets just say dating websites are worse than trying to meet someone at the bar. Seeing sites like Match.com and phone Apps likes Tinder have left me disillusioned, leaving me with the idea that all which that matters with women is Looks, Ethnicity, and Money. I am not saying being attractive isn't important, it is. You have to have some sort of attraction to the person you talking to, but at the same time the wonders of getting to know someone and who they are deep down inside truly does change one's perspective of attraction. I've also have had the personal experience from the ethnicity standpoint, I am half white and half middle eastern. For me its just my background and heritage, but for others its like I am a diseased infested individual that has to be locked away and never seen again. The world of dating can be a cold, cold world.
Even if you don't use a dating website, trying to talk with someone can be difficult. I am not smooth, I don't play games. I am just me and that seems to be a problem sometime. Its not that you should play games or be a smooth talker to get someone's interest. But you need confidence, I am currently trying to talk with someone I have met and I must say this is where i am lacking. While I am having a conversation i am finding it hard to transition, from creating interesting topic to keep a conversation going. Maybe some of it is I am to shy to call and everything is over text messaging. But I think I don't have confidence that she will be into what i have to bring to the table. So I am stuck, trying to get out of my own way, trying not to be the cause but trying to be a solution to my own problems.
Now obviously we all know that being in a relationship is rewarding in many different ways, and once you start talking, meeting each other, and hanging out dating is fun leaving everyone with the giddy feeling deep down inside. So this post isn't to trash dating, it's just a reference to what I see and what i am experiencing at the moment. So yes, dating can be frustrating and as we get older it gets harder. Maybe its not just me and maybe its society in general today. But in the end, would you have gone back and stop dating when you still can find that truly special someone? I am guessing not.
Until my next post, lets keep it light, lets pray for the lost lives in France, and let's give one special Boo-Yah for Stuart Scott.

Stuart Scott 1965 - 2015
Today the world lost a one of a kind performer, a man that inspired, and a man that taught us what a true fighter looks like. Today Stuart Scott lost his 7 year battle against cancer but showed the world what living is all about.
Stuart Scott the broadcaster probably doesn’t come close to Stuart Scott the man. But for us who only had the privilege of seeing him through Sports Center and the other ESPN shows, he was a gift. He was the reason that I would wake up early in high school to watch sports center. He made watching highlight clips fun and enjoyable even for the worse of sports using catchphrases like “Boo-Yah” and “Cooler than the other side of the pillow”. He is the reason today that I have a difficult time watching ESPN without him on the air. And If you judged a person from all the people they touched and inspired, then we can all say that Stuart Scott was one of the greats. Yes we all were spoiled.
Finally I leave you with this
“When you die, that does not mean you lose to cancer, You beat cancer by how you live, why you live and in the manner in which you live. So live, live, fight like hell. And when you get too tired, [lie] down, rest and let someone else fight for you.” - Stuart Scott

2015 It's A New Year
Welcome to 2015, the beginning of a new year.
Its time to start our New Year's Resolutions, make plans and goals for what we want out of life. Honestly I am a sucker for the spirit of the new year, I get excited about what may come and putting behind anything bad. So if you were hoping to read something negative about how stupid resolutions are, well you came to the wrong blog.
Best part about being alive during this aged is the ability no matter how small, to provide hope, meaning, excitement, and encouragement with something as stupid as a blog. I would never poke fun at someone that sets a goal for themselves to loose weight. Good for them, I hope this is the year that you succeed with your goals.
I know for myself, I need to workout, eat healthier, I really need to work on just living a happier life. I might fail at these, I might succeed only with one. But I would never want someone making light of my effort.
The most important resolutions we all can make is to be better people for everyone around us. To help out and encourage when someone is down. Step up and be the leaders that we all want to be.
Until My Next Post....I hope you are having a great New Year. Start it off right!
